DoorDash has increased referral credit to $45 a few weeks ago. Some people including my self didn’t get the referral credit. I’m just wondering if anyone has tried recently?

They've tightened up on duplicate accounts and self referrals.

Also as per above go into app and check the referral status, assuming your referral did everything right it should at least list it as acknowledged or rejected as not eligible.
Does $45 get you like a snickers, the $0.99 delivery and the $43 service charge?

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. Did you refer 'a friend', they made the required purchase, and you didn't get the credit yet? Or are you asking about something else?
