Hey all,
Could anyone suggest a good 4K Smart TV (around 50'' inch) around the $500? I've had my eye on this Hisense Smart TV but I haven't found many reviews on this specific model so I'm hesitant.

I'd like it mainly for watching movies and video streaming. I wouldn't mind playing games from it either, but it'll be mainly used for movies
Look for $600-$700 price tag, as usually there are many 20% discounts - TGG,JBHiFI,HN..
I have that same A7H, for the price you obviously won't get quality as great as a top OLED screen but it's quite reasonable in my opinion. Only had a couple times where the software completely freezes during YouTube playback and I have to unplug it from the wall to restart it, kind of annoying. The built-in speakers are really average, would recommend adding a nice soundbar or something if you can
Honestly for a cheap tv you should check out FB marketplace and pick up a 3 or so year old Samsung or Sony or LG. TVs are pretty low risk, you can turn them on and check whether they work and there are no moving parts to break down. They haven’t advanced that much technology wise, maybe a little bit with their streaming interface at times
If you can find one at that price point buy it, cause that will be the Only 4k tv you will be able to buy at that price point making it the best by default.
So "around $500" actually means "around $600"?
What do you want out of the TV exactly?
