Bought my last OnePlus over 3 years ago and it's been great but it's time for an upgrade.
I'd planned on ordering from them again but they aren't responding to any form of messages be it email or Facebook Messenger.
The lack of basic service is pushing me towards going elsewhere but just wondering if anyone has ordered from there lately or know what might be going on with them?

Why would you want to order from a company who won't return emails etc? Surely you don't need a forum post to confirm that there's going to be better businesses more deserving of your money?
What were you looking to order from them anyway?
You're right, I have decided not to order from there. Just asking if anyone knows what their deal is just out of curiosity.
Haven't 100% decided yet whether I want the new OP11, the 10Pro or something else entirely.
