I like the White and Blue version of Castello Cheese, as well as the Aldi knock off. I assume it will taste like the white one but with pink pepper in it.

Love the Castello (and Aldi version) white, not tried the blue…
Such a strong smell, but delicious flavour.The blue has less of a smell and is sensational! I don’t buy it as often as I want to as when I do I eat too much.

Oh will give this a try! I love their black cheese. It's basically blue cheese but less salty and very creamy. Seems to be Coles exclusive? Couldn't find it at my local Woolies anyway.
Their aged harvarti is far and above my favourite cheese you can buy in a block. Their regular havarti is also great, but not as good as the round red one with the clear top (called food snob and a couple other names but it's the same).
The aged harvarti was half price ($4) last week and now I have 4 in the fridge ageing even further.
where was it $4?
Also good melted with a touch of cream and gnocchi….
That sounds delicious- I don’t know why I’ve never thought of this.
Pink pepper? I am sure I can taste the difference.
