Can You Limit some GApps with Your Google Family Account?

I want to give a family member access to YouTube Family Premium but when I add them to my Google account, it's sharing all Google products with them (like Google One, Calendar etc etc)

Is there a way to limit apps for a specific family member?

Example -
I want one person to get my Google One and Premium
I want another person to just get YouTube Premium

If it's a child account then yes.
