Is anyone else being rimmed up the a%s by Samsung's delayed delivery due to 'upgrades in their delivery systems'?
I ordered a washing machine on 17/02/23 and it still hasn't been delivered. As always, customer support agents give the usual 1) upgrade in delivery 2) it's already out, the courier should have delivered it 3) we will send this to our back office to investigate (no reply after 10 days)
Have already threatened to report them to the ACCC and they've basically said "we understand".
I am literally at my wits end, I asked for a refund and they said they can't until the washing machine gets delivered and for me to refuse delivery so it can be sent back to them.
Please tell me there is light at the end of this tunnel!!
I waited 2 months for Samsung to deliver a surround sound system. After a month of waiting I made numerous calls to Samsung to get an update on my order status. After 6 weeks I got sick of getting the run around and them saying I couldn't cancel my order as the item needed to be delivered and sent back to them before they could process a refund so after 2 months I ended up going to credit card company and got them to reimburse me as I was sick of dealing with Samsung. The home theatre system finally rocked up 2 weeks after I was refunded by my credit card company. I tried contacting Samsung to collect it but they were just as useless so now I've had it for over 12 months.
