It is the sole discretion of The Promoter to determine if any entrant has breached this clause.

Section 6 of our competition Terms & Conditions discuss the use of third party entrant software, such as bots. The way we have set up this promotion ensures each entrant has an equal chance of winning the prize. Therefore, we conclude that the use of the third party software discussed is giving the entrant an unfair advantage and their entry will not be accepted.

NGS Crypto held this competition last year https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/711072, which had to be redrawn because they couldn't validate the first draw winner.

We can confirm that Hiddup is partnered with NGS Crypto, and we can also confirm that the competition which they ran last year for the Bitcoin giveaway was redrawn. The reason they could not validate the winner was due to their number being disconnected after trying to contact them.
