Heroes Home Loans provide an incentive broker rebate of up to $4,000 for all products. The broker rebate is based on the net loan amount (loan size minus redraw/offset etc).

    This broker is offering double cashback. So this is not a deal in my opinion.

    Hi Wilson, you did not mention when will the cashback rebate is available ? Upon settling loan or how long ? Usual bank cash back os straight away . How about broker?

      depends which bank you go with, but it's based on the net loan amount (loan size minus redraw/offset etc).

    I am not after the broker rebate amount but time frame for cashback. Just example when will broker give cash rebate for million loan from ANZ ? If the time frame based on loan size and bank, I think you need to mention this in the post so consumer get clear idea

      Sure, the timeframe is the following two instalments of 50/50.

      First payment after 12 month
      Second payment after 24 months

    Unfortunately this not a very attractive deal based on timeframe.
