    Never find that app useful anyway. Rarely get any voucher in the app, I usually just use the pdf coupon

        They're back up to $5 now after temporarily dropping back to $4. Also the free drink rewards seem rare to non-existent now, used to win large soft drinks often.

    I just got the free (rebel) whopper email for my birthday and then the app goes down so I can't claim it. Some would say that's a blessing in disguise.

      On my old phone the app would always crash, had the birthday whopper and I was able to just show them my i.d at the counter and it didn't use my app coupon or anything.

    Still down. They've changed the messaging on app launch to mention they are "working with it's supplier to address the situation" but honestly, this looks to be the longest ever it was down. Been 1 full week now.

      Still down after 10 days, unbelievable. Gonna be a lot of people that miss out on their free/$1 Whoppers unless HJ's credits the accounts with another voucher.

        Even worse. The App Vouchers are not available as well. The App "deals" are available, but the App vouchers used to be a lot better. It would have hit their business significantly.

        I am still amazed as to why they haven't fixed it yet. If you noticed, the Shake N Win now spins and provides the Prizes which were available during the Uno promotion (but we cant claim them). Looks like the coding has gone haywire and someone is unable to reverse the coding done for the Uno month.

        Let's hope it is back soon, and with the Free Medium Coffee prize, which I treasured a lot earlier ;)

    Bet management isn't going to be happy with the Software Dev team, outage for 1 week+ and would probably have lost them a lot of revenue. Where was the DR testing :)

      I'm suspecting it is the Uno changes itself that has regressed existing functionality. Uno starts 02/05/2023. Wow, they cant fix shake n win, and rewards, but completely roll out a new campaign? Hard to digest.

      Yeah the Shake & Win and also the coffee loyalty worked for me earlier today….finally. Although I don't have any vouchers under Rewards yet.

    It was spinning the wrong prizes again. Got a Free Hashbrown in the evening when it started working, but that's not a valid prize after 10:30 AM, so Reward assignment to card failed.

    Btw, I've got a spare phone which has the T-1 version of the HJ App, and it allows to shake and also assigns rewards to the barcode, since Saturday 29-Apr-2023 but when I go to the store, they mentioned they cant scan any Shake and Win prizes (last tried on Tuesday 02-May-2023). The latest app does not allow to shake at all.

      Nah I don't have any rewards vouchers yet, this is still not working. The Shake n Win and the coffee loyalty appear to be working the last few days.
