    I bought these last time they were pn sale and not sure if they were short-dated but it tasted weird…definitely less sweeter and not as fizzy as usual. Won't be buying them again

      I find Pepsi Max quite hit and miss lately. Had quite a few boxes that tasted strange, 1.25l and 2l varieties. Even contacted Pepsi co about it and they confirmed some issues that should've been resolved earlier in the year but still had bottles that tasted off recently.

      I had the same experience. I think perhaps it had been stored or transported in a way that had lots of temperature changes that effected the quality of the drink. I wouldn't purchase drinks through amazon again.

    I stopped drinking this stuff and noticed an improvement in my bowel health. I used to always get bloated.

          Actually it makes sense, when you're so addicted to pepsi max, you get bloated from the excess amounts of water intake, take the pepsi max (99.9%) water out of your diet and bloating stops.

      I've found that the expiry date is much closer with Amazon than from Coles/Woolies. Also the storage could come into play - like never buying from servos that store the products outside in the sun.

      I always try to get Pepsi Max that has at least 2 months to go before the best before - otherwise it just tastes different to me.

      I drink way too much of it so the taste difference is noticable for me. Perhaps not for others.
