One of my friends has received 2 phones, one s21 ultra 2 weeks ago and he returned the old phone already.
2 days ago, he received another replacement from Samsung Asurion. He is quite confused about it. Tried calling Asurion but because it has been so busy lately, he has not been able to get in touch with anyone.
Checked his cc statement, and he has been charged only once. What can be done? Anyone experienced this before?

Not his fault they have poor customer service.
I would use one of them, then leave the other on the shelf in the box for 12 mths and see if they call/email. If I hear nothing, then sell.
