I've bought a bit of razer gear and find the quality control pretty garbage. Looking at reviews (especially their laptops), a fair few others have found the same.

  • I paid about double for this and i think they are worth every cent.

    • JB accepted price match for this, please tell me if it’s worth

      • In-store? I tried to online price match but they said they needed to add $19.95 for shipping.

For $64 and compared to others in similar spec and quality range, seems good to me. Others in same tier are about $100+ but if anyone has done their research please correct me if I'm wrong.

        • I did it in store after a couple of tries, they said they need to match the $10 delivery fee as well for standard delivery in MWAVE.

          • @CrispyCrunchy: I was able to price match. Jb sales rep instore didn't look at the shipping cost so I got lucky and just payed the actual headset amount.

  • As a side hustle I translate foreign language videos and using first a Kmart headset then a sonic head set and keep finding I miss voice tonal expression that can change the meaning of what's said. I think it might be because the ones I've used perhaps have limited dynamic range. I play the video in vlc. Can anyone telle if this set or recommend something that does not limit the range of the audio.
