Samsung Care for a Replacement Device?

Hello,

The galaxy z fold 4 I bought from Samsung education portal was broken in less than two weeks of usage. Then after some very painful and frustrating phone calls to Samsung and 6 weeks, they replaced the device with a new one. I'm concerned that there might be another problem with the phone. My questions are:

  1. Does anyone have any success of buying samsung care+ for a replacement device, noting that it's been more than 30 days of purchase for the original device but I just received teh replacement device a few weeks ago?

  2. I had 50% off offer when purchasing the original device for Samsung care+, has anyone had a success of getting the offer again for a replacement device?

Any other alternative or options? Appreciate your help, thank you.

  • Ask them? When I bought mine, they offer me after a month but I didn't took the offer.

    broken as in warranty issue? or user problem?

    i had a fold 2 for 2.5 years no problems
