are these specialty coffee beans excreted from the Easter bunny rabbit's behind

    • Toxic to rabbits!

Fermented with milk chocolate in the bodies of rabbits

No bunnies were harmed in the production of this coffee bean

      • +1

We will not comment about the status of the bunnies after harvesting.

    • +2

We harvest them straight from the sacred easter rabbit farm springs, which has been a illuminati protected secret for 4000 years

  • Clicked on link, from $75.25 -> $52.00 with a tag next to it saying save 100%.
Is that the rabbit 100% saved?

    • +2

I said I won't comment on the status of the rabbit after harvesting. It looks like their kin is getting revenge by messing with our php. We've got our top ninjas on their way to "take care" of them.

  • I currently buy the coffee beans that costs $12 per kg from Coles. I think it tastes really good, even better than 7 eleven or McDonald's. Does this mean I have bad taste buds?

    • +1

Well tasting better than 7 eleven or McDonald's is quite plausible. Tasting "really good" might also be valid if it's at the top of the range of beans you've tried. But I'd suggest having a go of a better class of beans, dialling in your grind, dose and shot, and seeing if you still think the same way. I won't throw rocks at the Coles beans as I haven't tried them, but when I was on my coffee maturity journey decades ago, I certainly appreciated the step up from supermarket beans to a local roaster's beans.

      • I improved my middle-of-the-road brew (Airjo / Lime Blue) simply by declumping the grinds (with a small fork, not a $50 accessory), levelling them & tamping a bit harder. The difference is palpable, so I think what you're saying is absolutely correct.

Your taste buds were probably fine.
      Now… who knows.

    • Lime blue

  • If I have to buy expensive beans, it has to he small quantity so they're fresh to the last cup and most likely over the counter so I could feel accomplished 😂
