Cheap Carpet Deodorizer

So far we have been using "Coles Smart Buy Carpet Deodoriser" which we think a value for money item.
Its 500g for $1.86. Just wondering if there is anything like this in market at lower price?
Any bargain currently to stock up the Carpet Deodoriser?

    Bicarb soda. Buy in bulk from a food wholesaler. It will be about half that price.

    Plus it has 101 uses apart from deodorising.

    yep Bicarb soda is a great carpet deodoriser.
    put a half cup of Bicarb soda in a plastic bag ,add 10 drops of your favourite burning oil ,shake the bag and leave it for 1 hour ,then sprinkle the Bicarb soda on the carpet and vacuum after 2 hours (i dont have to vacuum as the Bicarb soda ll dissolve)

    It's also good for soaking up spills and puppy accidents.
