First time buying one of these but they seem to have good reviews.
Have resisted all other Wuben and Sofirn torch purchases so far with great difficulty, but could only resist for so long.

The description reada:

and also
Rechargeable torch light is equipped with 5200mAh power source, TYPE-C fast charge, and max runtime of up to 500 hours after fully charged.
I'm paraphrasing a little, that's what I've taken away from this review here:

Specs are one thing, but how they perform in real world is substantially more relevant.
I'm not saying it's a bad light, it actually seems like a nice form factor that performs well.
…there was some issue with me attempting C to C charging…and something inside the Wuben F5 lantern fried…and will no longer charge.
4 hours??? Where did you read that? It says it lasts 5min at 320
Fantastic light. I bought two a couple of months ago for around $33. Really solidly built. Doubles as a powerbank. Three different colours, a cold white, an off white and a really warm yellow, perfect for a soft camping glow. Great magnet on the back. Comes with lanyard and a little carabina clip. Thoroughly recommend.
Purchased based on your review. I'll be using it this month for a one nighter out in the sticks.
Can anyone recommend bedding for a tent?
For me zempire monstamat is the most comfortable. Best is to try different brands yourself at camping stores
If it's a once off, then any non inflatable foam mattress, but thicker than a yoga mat,.
But if camping is going to more regular then this isn't a bad product if you are hiking.

Exped Megamat 10. Expensive but best camping mat I’ve ever had. The wife and I have the duo. Life changing, especially for longer trips. Have fun!
Camp SI sea to summit is comfortable and warm.

Similar to to the BLF Lt1 mini version?
Great versatile light. Love them.
Just bought it - had my eye on the W5 for a while. Good find OP
Would be great if it was USB-C out, rather than just in, and USB-A as the only output.
Agree, the only negative with this device!
The last couple years I've used a few of these lights when camping, I hang one inside my tent, a couple outside where I cook, etc. They've been awesome and are a similar price, they can go red too which is super handy when you don't want to wake others up.

That looks like a very handy, compact lantern. What’s intriguing about this Wuben F5 is that it’s a high CRI light, despite not being advertised as such. And the fact that it blows up if you try using it as a USB-C to USB-C powerbank, of course
What do you mean by $39.59 I go to deal and it is $43.99
There was a 10% of coupon but it appears to have finished. Ozbargained most likely.
Any thoughts on using this as a cheap photography fill light?
This is cheaper: https://www.bunnings.com.au/nebo-500lm-big-larry-2-work-ligh…
Can't change temperature with that one. Doesn't look rechargeable either
Mine was delivered today. Great little light
I got this delivered today. While the light works fine, does anyone else also get a high pitch noise from the device when charging via USB-C?
No whining noise except from the wife. Blah, blah, something about too many torches.
I received mine today too. Charging it from out of the box, there was no sound, but now it has hit the 4th-5th LED, it's making a whining pitch noise charging with the usb c cable. Hrmmm….
Ended up going for a removable battery lantern to use my eneloops. This has got excellent reviews.

Seems ok, holds 320ish Lumens for 4 hours, which is bright enough IMO.
