Linkt Occasional Traveller Vs Sydney Visitor Pass

Hi guys,

First time travelling to Sydney for this easter. I'm going to register for the Linkt app. I'm wondering which pass should I get ‘occasional traveller pass’ or the ‘sydney visitor pass’. I might travel to sydney again maybe once in this year. What do you think I should register, any pros and cons?

    What state are you visiting from?
    Linkt covers a wide selection of toll roads..might be able to add to existing account.

    Alternatively just setup a tagless account… Has plate matching fees but it's convenient.

      Thanks for the reply, I'm visiting from ACT - there are no toll roads here, so I don't have a linkt account.
      Both Occasional Traveller and Sydney Visitor Pass are tag-less accounts

        Sorry.. set up mine years ago and it just says tagless. Open ended no monthly fee..about $1.75 plate fee. All I recall was having to open with a min balance and tolls are billed monthly. Takes about 24hrs for them to appear in history.

    Just be careful when you get text messages from people purporting to be Linkt requesting payment. There are so many scammers pretending to be Linkt at the moment it is crazy.
