$7.29 on Amazon (with S&S) otherwise, same price.

  • Are you sure you can price match at CW with additional 10% off. I've tried to price match with Coles and was told CW only price match with competitors. I was told that since Coles is not a chemist, they are not competing with them!

U got played, "At Chemist Warehouse if you find a cheaper price on the same item at another Australian Registered Pharmacy or Australian Registered Retailer we will match it and give you 10% off the difference."

      • Yes maybe I did, but the last time I tried to price match was over 2 years ago. So I'm wondering if the terms have changed recently?

        • +2

          No, they haven't changed.
Every store has one or two arsehole employees who will come up with any excuse to block price matching.
You need to go in prepared, and school them on their own store policies.

Yesterday, I did the price match and bought few from CW. They keep repeatedly saying $8.10 is less than their sourcing price. But gave me 10% off too.

      • Hmm, I'm still suspicious..Aus Pharm or Retailer. Wouldn't just Aus Retailer cover pharmacies too. I think that maybe at one stage it was just Pharm, then they got too many complaints so added Retailer, as well. Not definitive, just a suspicion?

    • Anyone else shitted off how they ask your phone number now "for the receipt" when previously you had to ask for one? I'm assuming there's a discretely placed sign that confers authority to spam you with marketing upon providing the number.

      • "Phone number?" I just say no. it's so they can link your phone number (something that doesn't change much) to what you buy.

        • Of course I decline it's just the aggressive & unashamed way they're trying to bilk consumer data under the guise of environmentalism.
