Looking for a TV. Doesn't really materr if it's plasma, LCD or LED.

Requirements:

Good quality name brand that will LAST!
3D
FULL HD
100HZ>
Good response times
Good blacks
No lag/shadows while watching sports.

Can anyone recommend a good priced unit?
