From how I read it, looks like you need to purchase and have it fitted by one of those installers in the list? Buying direct from Samsung store alone would not get the rebate.
For a dryer, I’d assume they are pretty easy to install and not sure if it’s worth it.
But I might be missing something.
Hi OP, have you seen more affordable heat pump dryers?
These use wayyyy less electricity than traditional ones, these are affordable.

I bought a set of washing machine and dryer from the samsung online store in April 2022. They scheduled 5 deliveries and each time nobody came. I requested a refund and was knocked around by their customer service for 8 months. I had to proceed to a small claim court for my refund to be processed. I wouldn't buy anything from the Samsung online store.
Im currently in the same boat. thanks for the heads up about small claim court. this is just ridiculously annoying
