The Sony is crap, the screen goes black every time you turn the page.
Umm I hope that's a joke…..
It's not a joke, but you can disable it and it's not that bad.
mmmmmm bring on the pussy cat, brightness is - brightness does ??
more ways than one !! lol!!!
kobo is good. Can read epubs.
It can also be used at yarra plenty regional library to download free ebooks because of this.
Kindle with Duokan is pretty useful, then you the option of epub support as well as a much better pdf reader.
To be fair ThePensioner it's defenitely Android's fault that it's not that great. I have it and I find it crashes and has the same Android lag of older phones.
I want a E-reader that supports colour. None exist yet in high enough resolution sadly. The new iPad is defenitely the closest but there is still quite a while to go in that department. I also want it to be the illusive 11.6" screen size. I suppose QFHD to make it 378 PPI.
Hi I just bought a Kindle wifi for $60.00 @ Woolworths,as a second ebook reader it is great for just reading and very easy to use. I have a Sony that I bought in the UK over two years ago and its quality has not let me down, I am giving my husband my Sony to see how he goes and if he can use it and not grumble, I will buy a new Sony for myself(selfish I know) and download more books for us both.
