Oh right never knew, it's $3.50/L at Coles actually.'Thanks for correcting, I would have to edit as 'branded mouthwash'

This item would be the cheapest branded mouthwash you can get (from Chemist Warehouse) at $1.19. Or do you mean cheapest by volume or something else?

        • Obviously best value

Op. Picked mine up this evening…Has a bit of a liquorice taste which reminds me of drunken nights with oozo. 😅

  • Cheapest mouthwash would be an empty bottle with half teaspoon bicarbonate of soda, 2 drops (all that is required) of peppermint essential oil and fill with tap water. Rinse and repeat (literally). Fresh bicarbonate soda required and not too much! Have next to your lounge chair to use instantly after each and every meal and kiss those dental bills goodbye also!

  • Contains an ingredient that can stain teeth (really).

    • Enlighten us? Which one?

      • The 4th one on the list of ingredients. Cetylpyridinium Chloride (not sure if that spelling is right). Google it and you'll find the issue. It happened to me (I'd bought heaps of it off Amazon). Dentist charged me $150 to clean it off.

    • Savacol and other antibacterial ones do and is a sign is working. The staining chemical is supposed to make active ingredient linger for longer and keep bacteria count low for longer. These are not meant to whiten the teeth but rather fight bacteria (inflammation of gums, etc.)
