Don't Use Chemist Warehouse's Fast Delivery

Their website says 3 hours fast delivery, and they charge consumers more fees. However, it takes as same time as regular delivery to arrive, which is not reliable at all. Just a warning, do not waste your money on this rubbish service, you will not get that fast delivery as promised.

      OP is generalising and post is totally misleading.
      OP is professional whinger Id suggest. Would probably complain about anything.

      OP had a single delivery delayed. Maybe OP wasnt home when the delievery arrived.
      Maybe the foreigner making the delivery got lost. Who knows why?
      This is obviously not reflective of whats happening across the business

      If it was the norm there would be complaints everywhere

      As others have suggested OP should take this up with Chemist warehouse instead of making such outlandish suggestions.

    Does DoorDash service your area? They are the ones do the fast deliveries.

    You may be eligible to receive a refund on your delivery fee if you meet one of the following criteria:

    1. Order Delivery Late.
    2. Poor Delivery Service.
    3. Delivered to Wrong Address.
    4. Product Missing/Damaged.
      You will need to contact the store to request a refund for the Delivery Fee. Delivery Fee refunds will be made at the store’s discretion.

      Productreview is a cesspool of Karens and people who have only had bad experiences.

      Think about the number of retail experiences you have on a daily basis, 99% of them are good or average right? Do you ever go out of your way to post about it on product revieW? no, you only do when something goes wrong.

      Look at the productreview pages for any insurance company for example.

    They should take ownership of the issue, but they use the likes of Doordash, Uber etc for delivery. It's not an in-house delivery service.

    The only places that ever same day delivered to me in Adelaide was Amazon, and that was only once or twice, and Telstra seem to use super fast delivery which sometimes is same day. I think Apple maybe capable of same day delivery too but I don't order direct from them often enough to know. I know in Sydney and Melbourne same day delivery must be much more common than out little backwater town of Adelaide..

    I don't know what it is but CW has one of the most awful corporate processes on handling online orders. It's not that it takes ages for your payment and order to go through, it's all there instantly, it's just that no one does anything. So many times I've just gone down and taken the item to the register myself for pick up processing (doing their job for them), normally I'd complain but it's the only way to get your cashback if you were going down anyway.

    For what it's worth it worked fine for me (utilising doordash as others mentioned). Was isolating due to covid and was delivered as advertised.
