  • $129 in JBHifi … Amazon price matching Target…

I thought Target price match Amazon. Let's call OW.

Forget Officeworks. Someone call Ja Rule.

This seems a good deal but does anyone who owns these know how good the passive noise cancellation is? I'm now riding the bus to work and the engines in the bus are way louder than i remember (or I'm older and grumpier) so likely aiming for ANC buds as I doubt any passive ones will do the jov

    • +4

Any decent ones with rubber/foam tips will do the job. Also depends what you are listening to. If you wanna listen to calm/tranquil music, then get ANC, if its just general music/podcasts, these should do.

Are these any good or buying just because they are discounted? Thinking between these and QCY T13.

    • +3

These are bigger than your average ear buds.

    • +8

QCY T13 is probably one of the best in the market below $25. Almost everything is 8 out of 10 except the mic when you use it outdoor. It's still better than many average one. Using it indoor is perfect.

  • Anyone recommend some good ear tips?

    • +1

there are the Comply ear tips, but they cost almost as much as these earbuds

  • +1

Howz the microphone quality on these? Anybody share their experiences if had already

  • +2

Was gonna pounce on it, then noticed the much despised ridiculous looking, useless and unnecessary upside down antennas. No thank you lol

    • +1

      What is upside down antennas?

      • -1

Suppose to be side-up but on this case, it's down, ergo upside down antennas lol

  • Will make a great gift for someone else in the future. Personally, they look hideous but at least they're cheap right now. Thanks OP.

Just commenting to say thanks to the person who posted the ToaTronics with ANC for $18 here six months ago. Whole family still going on them. Even the Apple cultists use them for the gym.

    • +2

      same here, great earbuds

    • what model are they? are they comfortable to wear for long periods?

      • You might have a hard time finding them these days but TT-BH099.

Seem okay comfort wise but every ones ears are different shapes. They came with three silicone tip sizes. They aren't perfect but terrific value for money - cheap enough that single pairing was easy to overcome by grabbing a second set for the pc at my desk. ANC seems a must have feature for me after having it.

Just checked - nearly 12 months ago.

    • My Tao Tronics failed after 13 months. They said too bad so sad. They wont support their product.

      • +5

If you got 13 months out of under $30 ear buds then i think that pretty good

        • still, they state it is 2 years warranty, so, can't trust them if they won't honour it. What is the point of warranty otherwise. In saying that, I think many of these brands are like that, or at the very least, just sending the product back for warranty might be almost as much as the cost of a new pair

        • I remember before wireless was a thing, wired headphones would last year's. Now battery dies after a couple and something like airpods are $199+

  • +3

I have been using these for the last 1 year. Good sound quality and a microphone. Little bigger on the ear tips but manageable.

  • looks like it's out of stock now

  • Sound peats are $40 down from $70 @ amazon

    Bought one

Just cancelled my order after looking at the size of the case and the earbuds in a review video. Damn that case is huge 😳

    • +2

Not that much bigger then airpods pro's .

I have both. The JBL's are a good cheap alt.

  • Purchased (and returning) and going to spend double on the Amazon Echo Buds (gen 2):

    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/765264

  • Purchased this and I think mine has issues with the battery. It doesn't matter how long I charge it (with/out the case plugged in to the power source), it tops at 90% charged. It never gets to 100%. I would like to hear experience from others who bought this.

Considering either refund or request for replacement.
