GoDaddy initially supported SOPA but then when they started losing business they put out a statement saying that they no longer support it to bring customers back. They also released a statement saying that they are open to supporting SOPA (or similar bills) sometime in the future when it is more convenient for them.
Death to GoDaddy!

Just want to chuck in my neg for GoDaddy. These clowns are the epitome of capitalist greed with no social conscience. I transferred about 30 domains away from them over the 'african hunting' controversy and have never been happier to see the back of them. I don't even care whether they claim to have changed since then. I now have ALL my domains at NameCheap (www.namecheap.com) and recommend them to anyone and everyone. Their site is fast, clean and easy to use and their prices are still damn cheap.
Namecheap also have coupons every month which knock a $1 or so off your new registrations/transfers plus they don't bombard you with aftermarket rubbish in an attempt to confuse you into buying crap you don't need.
The sooner I see GoDaddy die the better our world will be!!! :)

GoDaddy deals aren't worth mentioning unless they're having a $1 domain promo because they happen so often and usually have multiple promotions going on all at once.
For instance, a few alternate codes that provide a better bargain than the ones in OP:

Its basically getting something for free when you buy from a trialpay partner.
Allmybooks is $40. Through trialpay, i only had to spend $5 to get it for free. I didn't even use the domain name!
