Buy at your own risk. Don't expect great after sales support if your product fails or has issues. Lots of unhappy customers got caught out with dead batteries on their Viomi S9 vacuums from Panmi

    • -1

We sold a large volume of Viomi S9 UV at a discounted price. However, we have received some customer complaints regarding battery failure occurring within 11-13 months of purchase. For customers within the warranty period, we are offering repair or refund/replacement services. For customers outside of the warranty period, we are reviewing cases on an individual basis, and offering extended warranties or special prices for replacement batteries where possible.

Although there is a current shortage of batteries, we are negotiating with our factory partners to obtain more supply as soon as possible. We acknowledge the issue and sincerely apologize to those affected customers. We value our customers and will not shirk our responsibility to support them in any way possible.

      • +2

Australian Consumer Law includes customer rights that are in addition to any warranty period. If a battery fails after 13 months of use the warranty period isn't really relevant - it's clearly a fault that the vendor has a legal responsibility to address.

      • Hi HanaLF
I also have the Viomi S9 for 14 months, until I read this then realized my S9 has same battery issue, for 74 square meters took 6 chargers to complete. How do I to log a warranty claim?

        • You save your time and effort and instead buy a replacement yourself. Do a search on Ozbargain.
I wouldn't risk having to pay postage to send the whole vacuum and dock back to Panmi. Would probably cost $30.

  • Is this the same one
If yes, it’s a lot cheaper

    • they have $10 shipping fee

      • Well yours is $8 shipping to VIC

        • Free shipping nationwide. Just fixed it at back end

    Code EARTHHOUR

Customized LCD film, clear handwriting. Save paper

Pretty sure recycling paper is far closer to a perfected artform than recycling this kind of imminently pending landfill. Eco-marketing is a (profanity) plague.

    • They said "save paper" not "save the planet". Use it three times and you've saved a piece of paper.
