Have the X1 turbo and have been happy with it, but will be getting their $37.50 soapy water as do not want to risk clogging it with my own solution.
The vacuuming works great. Haven’t used the mopping feature so can’t comment on that. However, the mapping software is really garbage. It maps the whole house as one huge room without internal walls, no furniture, etc. I have tried resetting several times but still have the same issues.
would I buy another X1? Absolutely not.
You better off getting the T8, or may be T9/T10.
I also have the T8 AIVI. The mapping software is a lot better. The house and rooms layout is fairly accurate with obstacles, such as furniture, walls, etc.
My OMNI X1 Plus is only 4 months and we don’t use it daily. The off the ground sensors has failed and the Deebot has stop working. I have factory reset several times and tried all the troubleshooting steps that Ecovacs support has suggested with no luck. It is now going to their service centre for repair. So far customer service has been great. Hopefully they can fix the mapping problem as well.
Happy with it. Haven’t had any of the mapping issues a lot of others experience.
I got the turbo model as it auto washes the mopping pads. I have to empty the dustbin myself, but don’t mind that. Paying $500 extra for the Omni seemed a bit much.
Only uses water to mop so would like to get the solution which is meant to make it mop better.
Suction is pretty good.
Voice control I only tried once and it struggled.
Camera is pretty cool feature, but not sure what I would use it for.
It’s 30 day free trial and the cheapest yet with the double points so I would try now.

I don't like mine. I find the navigation quite bad and it is not good at getting over small obstacles my old xiaomi/roborock gen 1 could.
That said I'll probably grab some filters.

X1 is the best vacuum I have ever had.A lot better than the Dyson useless machine.
