Call? Nah I’d rather just email and wait 1-14 business days for reply.

The tricky part is trying to find the help/ tech support number. I've resorted to calling the sales enquiry line and asking to be transferred

    • Also finding their direct number is hard too.

the main number (that google shows) is one that normally is always gonna be the bot number (where you are stuck selecting an option for your correct department), or like some other verfication etc. which takes too long too.

      • True. When I get that sort of number, I still go through to sales as it's often the least number of prompts

I look up the acn, then file a request for company director records with asic, then call 'em up.

  • Bing It

    • Then while you are on hold, ask the new Bing chat if it can solve your problem

    1. DuckDuckGo
1a) Search company name, call phone number in search results
1b) Search company name, review website from search results, call resulting phone number
    2. Google - as above
    3. Smoke signals
    4. Profit
  • We got a copy of Yellow pages delivered in the mail the other week…. I guess older folks still like to use physical copies.

    But ye… just Google.
