Cream cheese.
Enjoy!
This is great for people who are low-carb and who include dairy
Not sure about these, but problem is they usually have seed oils in them (like just every everything) which are inflammatory.

I like Basque cheesecakes. I make mine with the biscuit crust too, just because I like it.

Burnt basque all the way. I like adding a bit of lemon rind/juice to them.
And if you've got an air fryer it's even better. Done in about 30mins
Matcha is great as well, if you enjoy the green tea taste.
Yes, I add lemon too and drunk sultanas.
But have you had the jap ones? http://www.bakeforhappykids.com/2015/05/fail-proof-cotton-so…
Thanks @Team America.
Just made cheesecake, that turned out to be delicious!
Only hiccup was base/crust. As we don't have graham cracker, I used Arnott Shredded Wheatmeal Biscuit, But it did not give exact/best taste.
Maybe I should try something else for crust.
Thanks OP. Can't wait to make the le tao ones. They're like $40!!
