I had a real negative experience with Barber House and vey reluctant to order with them again… placed an order, no update, no response to numerous emails, no return of voicemail..no order received!
Only fortunate thing was that I paid with PayPal and they refunded me.

I think you should include this context in your response.
It might end up happy for that outcome, but in the other 10 exhibits - most don't end up anywhere and need a chargeback in order to retrieve funds.
