From the bank that brought you dodgy Coles Mastercards :)
Does anyone know if Landlord insurance content only is eligible?
Which companies provide reasonable quotes for LI these days? I've found it increasingly hard to get a decent option.
Cheers
Check Budget Direct. Changed mine last night from Coles and was $400 cheaper.
Quote on comprehensive insurance of a Tesla Model 3 is cheaper than Westpac (who also use Allianz) or via Allianz direct
Discrete flex
INCORRECT.
T&C clearly states Contents only policy is not eligbile
Eligible Policy
For the purposes of this Offer, an Eligible Policy is a new:
a. Heritage Bank Home and Contents Insurance (Buildings or Buildings and Contents) Policy;or Heritage Bank Landlord Insurance (Buildings or Buildings and Contents) Policy: or

Surprisingly Youi eventually came out cheapest and with higher coverage when compared with Budget and others. You have to deal with them over the phone though but when you have a cheaper quote from elsewhere, they offer you a 15% discount.
In addition if you have a car insurance with them there is another discount (2 discounts)
I wonder if I get insurance for 6 of my cheaper IP's, would I get 6x $150 vouchers
Yes you would.
How long does it take for the gift card after starting policy?
Seems ok compared to my current CommBank (but not CommInsure) policy - is slightly more expensive to match the level of cover in everything except flood cover (not needed for my location), but factoring in the gift card makes this policy at least $100 cheaper. I only have contents though - Allianz minimum is $30k
Given the underwriter is Allianz, what happens if my insurance is already with them. Will I still get the giftcard because it's through heritage rather than Allianz direct?
Expensive than directly purchasing from Allianz for me even minus $150 gift card
Comes to $195 before GC for the LI, will see how it goes
Did anyone receive their gift card yet?
The eGift Card will be issued via email by Prezzee Pty Ltd (ABN 16602963422) on behalf of

policy holders to ensure that the email address nominated in accordance with Rule 6(c) remains

attempt to contact the policy holder through other contact details held by the Promoter to verify
an email address. However, if the contact attempt is unsuccessful, then the policy holder is
taken to have forfeited their right to receive the Offer.
