To be fair, I'm far from a Nintendo felattor, I agree their shit should be a lot cheaper, but to be fair, the Nintendo Selects line, or whatever they were called, wherein the first party games like Mario 3D World, Ocarina of Time, Donkey Kong Country, Mario Maker, etc. were RRP'd to 30 bucks (and on sale in store all the time for $25 or less, if you were lucky), is pretty okay with me. Wish they'd bring it back tbh, Mario Kart 8, Odyssey, Breath of the Wild, and so on, from 6 years ago, should not be any more than 30 odd bucks. And even that is honestly with me including a Nintendo tax.
Point being, 3DS was the last real time Nintendo actually offered a fair deal on many of their own lineup.

Love their games. Although the quality you get from a title such as Breath of the Wild or Mario Odyssey softens the blow.
3DS was a highly under appreciated console in the west, still holds up to this day. Street-Pass was amazing, such as the miiverse and other experimental Nintendo-isms.

Working ok for me. Remove and add your wifi. Check parental controls. Check for any updates.
Finally got it, no changes made. I troubleshooted earlier so it must have been an arbitrary error.

Many unfamiliar titles, any recommendations?
Etrian odyssey and Persona Q are dungeon crawlers where you draw maps and explore, solve puzzles + turn based combat (JRPG). 3DS is the best console to do this as you get a touch screen to do so while exploring on the top. EO is coming to switch for 1, 2 & 3.
Out of the EO, the consensus appears that IV is the best for starting players so that's the one I would recommend. As for PQ, depends if you are a Persona fan where you have the cast from P3 and P4 over EO gameplay, characters are flanderised but nevertheless fun for me.
Can't comment on the others in the list.
As for link to the other deal. Shovel knight is an amazing platformer, and treasure trove DLC is do worth it. Personally would prefer to play on switch

Shutting down the eshop is going to drive up the phyiscal media prices. Just like when Sony decided to do the same with the ps3 titles.
I really hope they change they're minds and restore the eshop.
Some of the jprgs are already at insane prices, Devil Survivor is already +$300 on ebay.
Anything with Atlus is guaranteed to shoot up in price if it hasn't already for the 3DS. SMT IV:A was going for hundreds of dollars for some reason before dropping down to a more reasonable 100+ lmao.
Thank god for CFW and emulation, Nintendo gives zero f***s about the secondhand market, so I doubt they'll touch the 3DS system at all after the eshop shutdown.

You have to buy them through the handheld itself.
Was hoping there would be some sales on Wii U VC games (in particular GBA) but nothing of note. May as well download them on my Snes Classic lol

There are two I know of: the Bravely Second: End Layer demo, which is a standalone story called The Ballad of the Three Cavaliers, and Miitopia: Casting Call, which is an interactive trailer/software toy.
