I got a notification that my cashback was available for redemption. I've tried multiple times the past two days on different phones and every time I get "Something went wrong, Try again in 24 hours".
You only get a certain time to redeem and it doesn't work! Tried contacting them but no response.
Anyone used this successfully?

I finally got a reply on chat. They say they know the app is broken and a fix is due on March 27th. I'll believe it when I see it.
Ahh… good to know. I will try again next week. I am not finding Agoda easy to use.
Do T&C’s say redemption at certain properties ?
This is for Rewards earned months ago and already in my account. You have to claim/redeem them to a credit card or bank account, once they tell you they are available for redemption.
I just applied for it on the app in early Jan for a trip I made in Nov. I got it paid out pretty soon after even though it still says Requested on the app
BTW at the time I booked through Agoda, I didn’t realise this cashback is from Agoda and is separate for the cashback I got from cashrewards. Both were about 10% each so I got 20% cashback which was a great result.
Mine finally worked today.

I can now claim. My cashback claim was successful today.

got issue today, but the error is "service unavailable. Cashback requests are supported on app version 11.11 and above….." I've updated the app to the latest version 11.17 and still doesn't work. Agoda app is really sh1tty, was able to claim back one time before and this time the amount is more but looks like i might lose it
