Just curious, has anyone here got a full refund from Shopping Square before and not store credit? I've bought Eneloop AAA Rechargeable batteries on June 29th, was curious to the status so I logged onto their website and was shocked to see the item wasn't sent…..Frustrated with their lack of service, will never deal with these guys again
I got 2 refunds :)
The first for a laptop cooler with a broken fan blade and the second a 27 LED light with 2 dead LEDs.
They made me photograph the faults then told me to send the faulty items back for refund.
I said "forget it" as it would have cost more than the items were worth to send them back….
Told them to remove my name from their subscription list. They relented and processed my full refunds :)

They never PMed me, I sent PM's to the rep but no returned messages
Like I said, send them back I was told….
I was NOT given the option of sending them back for free….
Anyway, full refunds ended the matter for me. :)
Just makes me hesitate when I see anything that interests me….
A few years ago I bought a phone from them. Was faulty. Took a bit of to and fro but got my refund.
They weren't rude in any way, they were actually quite nice, which was surprising as from what I had read about them at that time, they could be hard to deal with.
