        one that $500 or less.

      • The second cheapest

Heard of the second cheapest wine phenomenon? Not sure if it’s a myth or not, but it’s a good story.

          • @jjjaar: i havent heard of that. but, in my experience buying the cheapest is a bad idea. Second cheapest however, generally works well.

          • @jjjaar: Since wine is a luxury good, price is used as a proxy of quality by the (uneducated) consumer.

Those that are price conscious buy cheap wine (<$20), those that care about quality spend on good wine (>$60), consequently noone buys mid priced wine. This means the most common wine (average or mid quality) ends up in both the cheap and expensive category, and buying mid priced wine is guaranteed to be poor value.

  • Great idea. The tenants will be happy

OP will be happy if he's included a certain amount of water in the rent. I swear some people use the same amount of water to hand wash one plate as a dishwasher uses in an entire load.

And what have you found so far?

    • Open new tab > ozbargain forums > ???

    • Why do your own legwork when you can tap a few keys and expect all of OZB to do the job for you.

        • Lol. Literally.
Smart or Lazy. Can't decide :)

  • This
    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/163950538156?epid=28040333950&ha…

Currently 30% off with AfterPay code (APAYDAY3) brings it down to $509.

Can't beat Beko's 5 year warranty (10y on the pump).
Just bought the next model up. So far has been excellent. Quiet and cleans very well.

Value for money is hard to beat.

    • Sorry, meant to say 15% (not 30).

      • Also out of stock ;)

        • I can add to cart and checkout. No problem.
          Perhaps it's geo based.

@stuckster: Yep. Not available for those living at the other end of the world in Perth 😉

    • Hey @bluespider what did you think of the dishwasher? Offer ends today.

  • Euromaid - i have the previous version of this that was around $400 back in the day. Has been working without issue for 7 years now getting used about once a night. Would happily buy one again.
