How Best to Share a Photo to Multiple Multimedia Accounts?

It seems that sending a photo from the gallery to 10 Whatsapp accounts uploads the photo simultaneously to the 10 accounts from the phone.

Phone gallery -> account 1
-> account 2
…
-> account 10

But, sending the photo to one account and then forward it to the other 9 accounts seems to happen only on the server, i.e. no further uploads required.

Phone gallery -> account 1 —-forward—> account 2,3,4,…10

Does anyone know if this assumption is correct? How does everyone do it?

    Whatsapp will also degrade the quality of the photo to accommodate smaller file size/storage.

    I would upload onto something like google photos and then share that album link.

      Are you sure Google doesn't do any image compression? I could be wrong but I think I did read an article that said in their processing they did (it was a digital photography article I think).

        Google Photo compresses, Google Drive does not ;)

          Thanks, I had no idea.

          I have a rooted phone with pixel experience ROM which lets me upload with full quality and it does not count towards google storage.

        I can't say for certain but I would be 99% certain, yes, they fwd from the server. Send the photo and delete it from your ph and fwd on in Line,Signal, Msger, what do you think will happen?

    Just add all 10 people to same WhatsApp group and send the photo once.

      Sorry I didn’t make it clear. They could be 10 different groups.
