“Step on” Activewear for Women

This is going to be a strange ask but for the women out there, is there a activewear brand who has leggings that can be “stepped on”(got fabric that loops under the foot)?

Trying to find some locally for the wife but don’t really know the right term and the bigger brands don’t have it.

    Stirrups. Saw some at kmart the other day and they reminded me of the good old 90s :p

    I like women in activewear stepping on me too
