I'd been with Lumo Energy & Gas for many years and happily used there rewards program regularly as it had 5% of Amazon gift cards and usually 4-5% off at other electrical stores like JB and Harvey Normans.
When I logged on to my Lumo account page, it offered me a slightly better plan for both electric and gas so I agreed to move to it.
When I went to use Lumo Rewards it wouldn't let me log in. After speaking to them on phone and live chat I was told that the rewards program is only available to SA residents now.
I think by being on the old plan I'd slipped through the cracks and still had access but now that's been taken away.
Because of this I'm now looking for a new provider with a similar rewards program. I signed up to AGL to see what they had and they only offer 2% off Amazon gift cards through "Signature rewards" (Can't remember the name")
Does anyone have any suggestions on a better rewards program where hopefully 5% off Amazon is the regular deal?
