Digital Photo Frame: First time buying one..

i'm confused on this because it says it can play audio and video? how can it play audio and video when it's so cheap?

I can't comment on this model but I gave someone a present a different model of olin about $60. Got very negative feedback on it. but the kaiser baas ones were really good.
