32GB SanDisk Cruzer Fit (Nano Size) USB 2.0 Flash Drive $26.96 Delivered - OzStock

100

Probably not the best price in terms of storage available, and probably not the best speeds out there, but the physical of the actual USB seems handy, and its the cheapest price I found out there.

I got one for the car stereo. My old USB got snapped when I went to grab something from my glove box and whacked it.

Please compare oranges with oranges. None of those other items you suggest have the same profile. The attraction of the Sandisk Fit is that it is extremely short. While this may not be worth anything to you there will be some use cases that require or benefit from this.

And exactly who is it that you don't owe a living to? He's not a rep. Just your everyday good Samaritan Ozbargainer posting a deal he thinks he should share.

And maybe instead of being snarky, maybe try and and learn to read the whole sentence before you criticise?

"Probably not the best price in terms of storage available, and probably not the best speeds out there, but the physical of the actual USB seems handy, and its the cheapest price I found out there." As Entropy Reseller said …apples and oranges.

Me, I'm not a sheep - I procured this widget: "TF card reader" shown by Ozbargain 01/06/2012, cost 0.59 =virtually zip, so I'd be able to slot in/out any memory expansion cards I see fit.

I have a few of those small USB readers. They don't fit every situation, as the tiny microSD card can slide out and get misplaced WAY more easily than an actual USB flash drive. The Sandisk one above is a lot more hardy than the cheap plastic reader you mention.

stick out a 1cm to be grip by my thumb whilst remain small sufficient not to be whacked out by clumsy handling.

So it's larger and more susceptible to being hit than the one we're talking about then.

        OP's please learn from this.

How many deals have you posted?

  • All good ..ordered mine i have the Strontium 8gig one in my car i found on OZBargain awhile ago this is a great upgrade for me thank you poster ;-)

  • I thought the deal was pretty good, I could have purchased on ebay a little cheaper but this was I can claim the GST back through my business.

    • You will get back $2.50 (10% of the unit price) what makes $24.51 out of pocket. Ebay price $21.99 is still cheaper.

  • AU $21.99 on ebay

    • Shipping "Estimated between Tue. 21 Aug. and Mon. 3 Sep."

From Hong Kong.. lets compare fairly. I would rather not wait 3 weeks for delivery.

      The cheapest Australian stocked unit on eBay is $26.70;

      • Strictly speaking delivery time for this one is unknown. Might take 2 days or 2 weeks. I was 'fortunate' enough to wait for 3 weeks for products bought online from Australian companies.

  • These are handy for those places where you want to leave a USB drive permanently. I've got the 16GB one in my Xbox and it's practically invisible. However, cheaper in plenty of other places, eg. eBay or ShoppingSquare ($25.98 delivered) if you want Aussie stock.

  • how fast can they ship?
