The Techfast (3rd option) is the worst value (don't buy), there is a much better alternative here

the Siren Vortex Ryzen 5700G Gaming for $600 is sort of okay value and the Siren Vortex GeForce RTX 3060 Ti is $999 (over your budget and there are better builds from BPC

      $600 with no graphics card.

A gaming pc with a 5700g is trash, would be much better getting an xbox with gamepass

  • I'd wait for better deals to come. Currently, there are no good deals for pre builts.

  • The main component for a gaming computer is the graphics card, so you want to build around that.
For a quick comparison of graphic cards, check out graphic card hierarchy benchmarks:

Looking at the 3 options you have given:
    1. No discrete graphics card. Has a 5700G, so will use onboard graphics. Will not compete with most modern discrete graphics cards.
    2. Has an RTX 3060ti. This is quite a powerful graphics card, especially at this price.
    3. Has a GTX 1650. This is quite a weak graphics card, and will only give you about 1/3rd the performance of the RTX 3060ti.

  • For gaming at under $1000 (assuming he also needs a monitor), better to just get a console and play on TV ;)

None of them are great. Better deals will come, be patient. Alternatively…

Buy a used Dell workstation, heaps available cos they get used in offices. Stick in a graphics card and you're good to go. Maybe a more powerful power supply if necessary.

  • This is $1k. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/761042
Will hit 100FPS at 1080p ultra settings, or 70 FPS 1440p ultra

$700 is a difficult price point to reach.
You may need to consider second hand but that can be a bit of minefield if you don't know what you're looking for.
Under $1k is more realistic and others comments have suggested some decent options

Also, please respond to the comments OP.
It's pretty rude to ask for help and not have the courtesy to reply
