Can anyone help:
I ore-ordered Diablo 4 (XSX standard game edition) on Amazon Australia back in Dec 22. Early beta starts next week & open beta starts in 2 weeks but I haven’t received any beta codes/emails/notifications from Amazon Au.
Is this common experience when pre-ordering on Amazon or is there something I’m missing?

I tried twice and got:
Codes sent to all orders before 23:59:59 Thursday the 16th of March
to the customers who have bought this before 17 th march
Beta codes are only for those who bought directly from blizzard as far as pc goes. Xbox and ps5 might not even be part of the early beta.

I have. They tried to refer me to xbox customer support.
I’ve since moved onto another support rep. They advised code should be emailed but they are trying to tell me the beta code would be emailed to me on the date the game releases in June. You see my issue here? I also think it’s Indians international Amazon customer support (chat centre) which don’t help.
@nilli… As for your reply. If you’re not looking to constructively contribute then don’t. Don’t assume as in my experience people with low EQ tend to assume first and ask 2nd.
Responding to other comments that were more constructive: the answer is yes you do get early beta access (emphasis on ‘early’).
If you navigate to Amazon Au (website/app) & search Diablo 4 (PS5/XSX), you’ll see it’s in their description that early beta access is part off the deal.
And yes, I was expecting the beta codes by now, hence why I posted around midnight (~ 3 days before Australian early beta access opens).
Doesnt matter what amazon says. It matters what blizzard says.
With early access, when it finishes and the game is officially public, do you get to keep your character stats from EA? Or you have to start from the beginning?
Everything from the beta weekends will be wiped. But you will get to keep your progress from the early access (Deluxe/Ultimate).
Anyone received their code from amazon yet?

I think you have to use the jibberish code in their redemption page and it will then let you select which platform you want to redeem the code for

Spent an hour with Amazon chat open this morning and got nowhere. Amazon US have definitely sent out codes.
Chat with Amazon AU yesterday, the CS said it will be sent before 18th.
Same here, just contacted them and they said by march 17 12:Pm it should reflect … what the hell
I hit them up just now and they said "codes will be sent between Friday and Monday" haha.

My rep is the best. "The code will be sent out when the item is dispatched on 6th June."
He also have absolutely no idea what is the open beta code because there is no codes in the Amazon AU system for him to send.
Amazon AU are so bad with beta codes its ridiculous. Happens with every game
If you preorder from amazon.de, you will get the open beta code instantly and you can cancel the order straight after. Got my early access open beta now.
Ok, code just came through.
And the instructions are totally wrong, so that's good :D You need to redeem the code on the Blizzard site, not the PS store.
Codes have started coming through from AU.

Hi everyone, so I gave up on Amazon AU (bad customer support) and cancelled my pre-order and pre-ordered with EB Games ($10 deposit - with price match on physical game pickup).
I got my EA Beta access straight away with EB Games via the printed receipt when I made the $10 deposit. You can also cancel with EB Games anytime prior to game release.
The process for beta if you pre-order physical copy is you get a battlenet code from the vendor, you enter this code in daiblo 4 beta webpage (select your platform). The Diablo 4 beta site then sends you an email with your 25 digit code to enter into PSN, Xbox store, or Battlenet.
From there, if you’re on console, it downloads ~ 76GB diablo 4 game/beta files… and 3AM Saturday morning 18th March you’re GTG.

Cheapest way to buy the PC version? Not a fan of playing it on console after having a go on beta and it’s cross-play anyway.
$109.95 for the standard PC version of the game that's gonna monetise big on online gameplay. yikes.
You should get it next week max 3 days before the beta. If not, contact Amazon support.
