Thought I might try this game out because I enjoyed limbo about 10 years ago. Seems to be a very good price for a well rated game.

Both games are bangers.
Limbo is ten years old? Shite, I'd better get around to playing it soon. It's been sitting in my Steam library all this time.
If you're sick of not finishing games, you can finish Limbo in 4hrs. It's a very well paced together game.
Amazing game. No brainer for $3.
Limbo+Inside bundle is $4.03
And $2.69 instead of $2.99 if you complete your bundle :)
Game is amazing.
It was part of free giveaway on Epic Games one or two years ago. Haven't played it yet in my collection.
If you happen to be around half a century old and grew up on side scrolling adventure/puzzle games like Dynamite Dan, Barbarian (Psygnosis) and Another World but have mostly fallen out with gaming apart from a mild addiction to virtual pinball, then this will likely float your boat.
I think I can safely say this is one of the only games I have completed in many years and it is fantastic if you like the genre.
I still remember the Dynamite Dan classical music from c64 days!
I had it on Amstrad, I bet the C64 had better music. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g_BPhV2s6IQ
Come to think of it, it was actually Dynamite Dan II that I remember best.
and Head over Heels… now that was a great game (there was a free remake for PC a few years ago with some nicely enhanced graphics, edit: actually make that 20 years ago now… fark)
Head over heels was brilliant too! Tough for a primary school kid though. I’ll have to check out the remake!
And Dynamite Dan 2 must have been what I played as well.
@WhyAmICommenting: The Head over Heels remake was made by Retrospec back in around 2003 but they recently removed it as someone bought the rights and is now selling it on steam. Can still get it on archive.org though and as it's freeware it cant be removed from the archive apparently.
Try this archive link https://web.archive.org/web/20121016085903/http://retrospec.…Or there is another remade version by someone else at http://headoverheels2.com/drupal/en/node/161
+1 on Amstrad. I even wrote a sort of clumsy invincibility hack for it, but if I recall it was a bit of an issue if you fell down to the bottom of the map.
Head Over Heels was a pretty cool game too.
If I go make a cup of coffee, will flying toasters protect my screen?
3D pipes are where it's at man… with an occasional teapot.
Another World! I miss my childhood :(((
Sir you had me at Barbarian! But Another World, too. My favourite game. I’ll definitely check this out. Thanks for the bait.
I happened to only unlock my Steam account last week after not logging in for a couple of years, and played good old Far Cry 4.
I had barbarian, with a huge fold-out poster of a hot cosplay brunette… modified assets.
Dad freaked, as gave me $2 to not have it (“ya mum will freak out”). Likely story. That sounds like it may have been the other Barbarian, a sword fighting game where you could cut the heads off opponents in an arena. Also good, but a different game to the Psygnosis version.
@Gravy: And a little goblin like dude would carry the headless body off
@Gravy: You're right. I forgot about the one you mention.
My one: Barbarian - The Ultimate Warrior
Which made me remember MYTH and GODS for some reasonAnd turns-out the poster chick, all natural, and famous Page3 Model. Good ol' Google.
They don't make games like this anymore. :( Really needs a sequel.
Check out the upcoming Cocoon game https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OcdcCCgFrrg
and the already released Somerville https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=86xbEcBGXP8
Both of these have been worked on by some of the same team that did Inside.
I also really liked The Artful Escape (Aussie developer) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0kozK0had9c
its a bit slow in parts but a beautiful game.and Planet Alpha quite a good game. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VarS6olPfTA
A bunch of other similar genre at https://steampeek.hu/?appid=304430
7 years for a sequel is a long time to wait. Apparently coming to Epic. But I'm not waiting for it…
Instead, this might be sequel we're getting, released a few months ago to middling reviews. Not playdead, but a new studio by one of their co-founders.
Awesome game!
Finished the game, just realised that there is an alternate ending.

Great game! Well worth it for $3
