Cashback is ineligible on the following:
- Penfolds and Dom Perignon products.
- Orders paid partially or in full with gift cards.
- Purchases via the Liquorland app.
- If using codes not listed on Cashrewards, including 3rd party and staff discounts.
- GST and delivery fees.
You must return and click through Cashrewards for each new transaction.
$10 for referee and $10 for referrer, after referee makes $20 purchase within 14 days.
I've had three successive cashbacks denied; exclusively through Cashrewards and exclusively for Liquorland. All other retailers are perfectly fine.
Maybe the app will have more success, but I'm rather hesitant to give CR any more benefit of the doubt here.
Did you chase them up? They were pretty good when might went astray.

All the responses were the generic 'It didn't track to us, too bad' and that was it. And you can be sure I was double checking my adblockers, click through confirmations etc on the subsequent purchases to make sure, but still nada.
Did the purchases initially track (eg. received the email and it comes up as pending) and then they declined? Or they didn't track?
Including today I have 2 pending with them now but haven't purchased through them before so wondering how successful they will be after your reported experience.
Would be interesting to hear feedback from others if Liquorland purchases through Cashrewards was approved or declined.
@tbone74: They were all pending - they weren't declined until the time had elapsed. Everything seemed fine until I hadn't gotten a confirmation within the 35 days.
Generally the only stores that never track for me are this and their First Choice Liquor.. every other retailer is normally fine.
Don't forget to check your Flybuys offers. I have 20x points when spending $55 or more.
Unfortunately they don’t have the “two for thirty dollars” on my Fat Bastard Chardonnay. Will have to wait fir the next one.
