Not a dupe. Last week was for Apple and some other flavours which has increased in price. This week it is the Orange juice on special

Double pulp is the way to go, much healthier as you get more of the whole fruit in each serve. I like to do a half carbonated water, half juice and it makes an excellent drink.

You need sugars in your diet and it's better to have fructose than sucrose ("sugar").
Not that it's really your fault for not knowing, the health star system and nutritional information the government provides are sorely lacking.
You don't "need sugars in your diet", your body will break food down into glucose. No one is eating "too little sugar".

Processed fruit juices/"fruit drinks" are not good for you. Squeezing an orange and drinking its juice and pulp gives you the same nutritional benefit as eating the orange.
As for the below comment, in a balanced diet it should of course be accompanied by fibre* (we're not America).

That's not backed up by any science that im aware of. All i know is from years experience of living with diabetes. Your body can't tell whether it's OJ or Coca Cola. You get the same blood sugar spike.

True, flybuys is the largest data collection agency in Aus and they sell all your personal data. But for offers like this you can just grab a temporary fb card on your way into coles and scan it to get the discount. No need to sign up if you are concerned about your privacy.
Uh Flybuys doesn't really require any of your personal data.
Fake name, burner email, burner phone number, physical card delivered to post office etc. Opted out of all communication. Now they do have a lot of data about what specials I might like (etc) but it's not related to me personally at all so I couldn't care less.

Costco has 4 litre for around $7. It's not pulp free, but it does taste good.
Doesn’t last long once opened. Works if you have a big family or will share it with your neighbours. You don’t want to be drinking too much of this stuff.
Yeah my chilled 2L bottles from Aldi start to go off at around 5 days and are fully off at 7. I drink one glass every morning so I've ended up throwing about 1/6 the bottle two times now.
I'm going to have to start drinking more of it.
Btw this discount works for probably all Nudie 2l juices. I bought Orange/Mango and I got the discount.
