Do you mean referral?
If you go to their respective deal page, you can click on a random referral and add it as promo code I believe (even after account has been created).

However, it sounds like you got a new number and created a second set of these accounts? Why not refer yourself?
Most of the time if you create an account and not use it, they'll send you promo codes for discounts.
