Is sold smart a reliable company?
There are some photographic light stands i am interested in, but I have never ordered from them.
I thought the free shipping would make the purchases good value.
I ordered once from them — a kid's drum kit, and it took ages to deliver. Not their fault as in fact it got "lost" at one of the distribution centre at Aust Post (I had to call Aust Post to confirm that it's actually disappeared from the record). After the confirmation they quickly dispatched a replacement and all is fine after that — except maybe one of postmans' kids got an extra drum kit for Christmas…

As of phone number — yes I cannot find it on their site either (yes it's a bit dodgy). HOWEVER, you should be able to get "some" possibly relevant numbers by searching around. Hint: "whois soldsmart.biz"

Btw, if I remembered correctly, Christmas is on the 25th of December, not the 15th (so the statement on "til Christmas" is a bit inaccurate).
