Kodi Not Working Anymore on Vodafone TV or GoogleTV Stick

Hey folks,

I did do a search before posting, but does anyone have this issue now?

It was working 2 weeks ago, but not anymore. It looks like it's a Kodi v20 issue??

Curious.

I believe v20 is broken, I have been having issues with it on my Sony TV. First the app would not load and all I had was a black screen, uninstalled and reinstalled. Then I was watching something and felt the audio didn't sound right, checked my receiver and it was only outputting audio to front channel speakers, it would not pass through audio even though the settings were right. Side loaded back to v19.5 and everything is working as it was.

Clear the application's data and cache. It will then run, but you'll need to reconfigure your libraries and other preferences.

This happened to me on 2 Nvidia shields and a TCL smart TV when the v20 update came out.

Thanks everyone, will give the clearing data/cache a go first prior to rollback.
