iPhone 12 Cable to Do Data Sync with PC

I need a cable do that I can connect to PC to download photos.

I lost original one that came with the phone. I have other lightning cables but they seem to be only good for charging and does not recognise the device on PC.

  You can get iCloud for Windows which will let you get your photos too.

  Any Anker braided cable or the thousands alternatives on Amazon. Do you really need to be spoonfed a basic cable?

        Can confirm these are good and pretty sturdy. Of course there is the odd case of quality control issues and negative reviews, but most likely you will get a perfect one and it will last a long time.

        Bought one for my mother because her original included lightning cable was too short. She is your regular consumer who leaves the phone charged overnight and just throws the cable onto the bed as she unplugs. Last few times I checked the cable is sitting pinched between the mattress and the bedhead which tugs the cable and it is bending at a 90 degree angle out of the charger. But because it's braided it is holding up well, over 2 years later and it's still going and works just fine.
