Does Citi Rewards Offer 15% Promo Offer

Hi All

I know Amex does 15% promo offers to transfer to velocity few times a year.

I have a Citi Prestige card and just got my bonus points. Does any one know what is the best way to transfer to velocity to get some bonus points?

Is there a promo usually on Citi transfer to velocity?
